(1) The discount voucher is valid for use at
Imagine Health & Spa, Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
(2) The discount voucher is valid for one year
from date of issue.
(3) Only one discount voucher may be used per customer,
per visit.
(4) The discount voucher may be claimed on any
single treatment or day spa experience.
(5) The discount voucher may not be used on health
club membership fees, spa stayover packages, spa products or gift
vouchers.
(6) The discount voucher must be presented on arrival
for validation of discount.
(7) The discount voucher is non-transferable and
has no cash value.
(8) None of the personal information disclosed
to us by you will be passed on to third parties.
(9) The discount voucher may not be used in conjunction
with any other offer, promotion or discount.
(10) The discount voucher remains the property
of Imagine Health & Spa.
